10 hours trek? no way....

but its true you got to believe...one day while on my trek in the himalayans 19000ft above sea level we walk for 10 hours in scorching sun plus chill wind and snows... whats your longest trek?

i'm a mountain trekker myself.. have you tried night trekking? there in the Philippines what we have are rain forests and corn/rice fields and the terrain is usually sloppy and muddy or and open field with scorching sun, or rainy.

My longest trek was a sponsored walk along the penine hills in the UK. The distance was 23 miles and it took in 4,900 feet of ascent altogether. It took almost 11 hours and I could hardly walk for three days after, it felt like I was'nt joined to my hips any more. (more preparation next time I think)
