I am absolutely against capital punishment. In Saddam's case, I am have to make an exception. (as in the case of some others who are responsible for genocide. Most get away, Pakistan's Yayha Khan or Bhutto-they were responsible for hundreds of thousands of deaths in East Pakistan (now Bangla Desh), or Idi Amin and so many others in the recent past....
Well, the end of another despot, but I wish it had been brought about in a fair and lawful manner. The US had to manufacture a false premise to attack a soverign nation. Saddam deserves what he has been awaraded, but did the Iraqi citizens ask Bush to intervene in the first place? This is the blot that is gonna remain on the US forever, I wish it were not so, for the US is a country that I admire the most after my own - India.

By setting known killers and child molesters free? More often than not they will repeat their crimes.
