You are out, say dinner, bowling, dancing,at a fair and they are falling down, or just acting out of control, maybe flirting with your partner, starting an argument with you or someone else... or just acting like a mess... or does it not bother you if they are not paying any mind to anything but their drinking?

I personally, hate rowdy drunks, trust me when I tell you that I know plenty, mostly all family members, uncles, cousins, brothers, aunts, and don't forget the in-laws. I could probably fill a school bus with drunks If ever I had to. I also know drunks that are well behaved but, those are rare. I don't mind a calm drunk, they don't bother me at all.

I am sure we all, well a few of us have some in our family circle, my uncles are so bad LOL, but usually they just fall asleep, the breath stinks but they are calm. LOL

Most of my relatives are rowdy so I prefer to stay inside whenever they are at their worst.

hi nanciem I really hate it when someone very drunk breaks into ourdiscusion and generally making an idiot of him or' herself. I well usually just ask my friend or partner to just get up and move to a different tablein a cafe. no use fighting with someone who is very obviously drunk.

hi hatley! You are right there is no use in arguing with some one who is obviously intoxicated, and I do move to a different location as you have stated you do. Don't you feel annoyed by that... I don't me argue with the person drunk, but it sorta can hinder your good time having to move, but it really may be the best solution to the situation. That does bother me, not sure why but it does, when I have to move. Thanks for the reply!

I think that probably the only person who isn't bothered by a drunk is another drunk. Fortunately, we don't run into people in that condition very often but we do have a neighbor who used to spend the day at the bar and then stop by on his way home since he's an old friend of my husband's. He was very irritating.

So true, did you find yourself accepting the friend's behavior because he was a friend of you husbands?
