Ways to face defeat ???

I experienced that once and I felt it like quite devastating ho face a financial breakdown. But what happened was that no one make fun of me, they give their sympathy and tried to help as they could. I believe that there are people that wanted to help me at that time. I was so sad and disappointed but I always remembered what my friends said to me back then, that I shouldn't feel that way. That should motivates you to be someone stronger and work even harder to deal with the loses. Defeat your desperation and get up to be someone better

You pick yourself up, dust yourself off, take a deep breath and try again. Every defeat is a lesson even if you don't know at the time what the leason is. I once didn't get a job that I really wanted and I thought it was the most horrible thing to have happen to me but, because of that defeat, I went in another direction entirely and ended up with a much better paying and more satisfying position in another industry. You never take defeat laying down...you need to always try.
