damn....
really upset....
my school sucks yesterday....
and when i went home, my mom told me,
the adoption for leo is almost going to be processed....
that, is a good thing...
but the fact that we are not the ones adpoting him...
and that he will be gone from our lives forever...
suck....
i was soooo stunned
and today, when i was in class, i started singing a song aloud....
"how do i live without you...."that is just the line i sang...
and it is enough
the floodgates opened
happy for him, of course....
he will have a real family....
but does it mean that we are not real enough?
it just scares me....
but he is just 4
can he protect himself?
can he have protection by his family?
can he have love what we give him????
can i say that i dont want him to be adpoted??
can we have a choice?
i just dont want to let go just yet...

I am sorry to hear that your brother is up for adoption. We can never really tell how safe your brother will be in the arms of the ones adopting him. The only thing that you can do is pray that he gets in a home of a very kind, caring and loving couple. In case they are going to be living somewhere near your area, you can probably visit him from time to time to see if he is well taken cared of.
I hope him the best

I am so sorry to hear that your brother is going to be adopted. I hope that it will be an open sort of adoption when letters and cards are allowed to be exchanged. In my home country some adopted children have contact with their birth brothers and sisters once a year. Other adoptions are closed with no letters, cards or contact. Why is your brother being adopted? He is four years old then, not a young baby? Good luck to your family. My toddler son is called Leo as well.

he is a foster brother, so we have no legal hold on him...
we are only his legal gardian only as long as we have him in our house and when we are being hired to look after him...
so, once he is gone, we cannot contact him....
his parents cannot look after him, so we have to....
and so he is being put up for adoption....
leo is a very nice name....

Oh, Honey He will go to a good home where they will love him uncondtionally. It is hard to let go but when you think like that , think of all the happiness this new family will bring him!

it is just so tought to not worry....
and to let go...
we had him since he was 1 month old...
and he is now 4...
so almost 4 years....
he is our first foster child and has even been to oversea trips with us...
i just CANNOT let go!!!!
i cannot think what will happen without him,
or without a younger brother at home....
and that, really hurts...
