What will you do...

1) You're driving on a busy road and you give a signal to enter the next lane. The driver next to you just ignore it and doesn't want to give you way. Not long after, you see his car again. This time, he tries to enter your lane and what will you do now? 2) You reach a traffic light and the light turns red. It has two lights - one is green for vehicles which want to go straight and one is red for the vehicles that want to turn right. You are waiting at the red light when a driver behind honks you non-stop. He might not see the red light or he totally a color blind person. What are you going to do? 3) You are driving behind a car which moves like a snail. You try few times to over take the car but the road is pretty busy that time. When you manage to over take the car, you see the driver - happily chatting on his mobile phone. How do you feel?

1) knowing me i would purposely speed up everytime he tries to get in my lane, just for the fun of it. 2)i would just sit there and not worry about it because there isnt really much i can do at a red light and i am definitely not going to run it. 3) i always like letting them know i am mad by just yelling something at them right when i pass them up but i make sure they are looking at me so they will know how i feel.lol

Hello latriciajones, It happens to me many times and how I wish I just can do like what most friends here will do! I hate when it happens but I just can't do anything else except scolding in silence!

Hello checapricorn, It is not only your husband, most people will do the same! The very first time when I started to drive, I was really a careful driver. Unfortunately, those speed drivers thought that I am slower than them and couldn't stand it. They over took me, closely tailing me, honked me and sort of...After years of driving, I started to be more 'ignorant' person but I still drive carefully and follow the rules. I don't like to make it difficult for other drivers and I just hope they will do the same unfortunately, my hope is just a hope...

Hello ajesh_pullad, I think these are what most people will do when the three situation happen to them. I wish to do the same too but somehow, my instinct tells me not to. Oh, it's great if only I could do all this! The most I will do is only to complain to myself and nagging in the car! No one else hears anything from me!

i really dont drive but i can say i can relate that when im with my husband who did the driving...and in reality we had experience that one..and like to give on my husband point of view regarding this...usually my hubby wont give him the chance to overtake that is if he can help it...and secondly we usually ignore the driver until he can realizes on the color.and lastly i guess we feel sorry for the driver since sooner or later accident may befall him due to his habit..talking on the phone while driving..

Hello vanities, I agree with you. Unfortunately these people will never get to learn a lesson. How I wish they will learn it the bad way if they keep doing this but, as a human being, we can't hope for the bad to happen to others. I always feel irritated whenever this situation happens to me and especially when they belittle me as a woman driver. I am a good driver and believe me or not, I don't have a single summons under my name for the past 11 years!

I know how to drive... but i don't have a license yet... but given the situations... this is what i will do for each... 1. I will give this person the way... since i do not want to stoop down to his/her level... 2. I will just ignore the perosn honking... let him honk all he can... he won't irritate me... 3. I will get the license number of the car... and report the person to the proper authorities... there are laws against using the cell phone while driving...

Hello aseretdd, I am a very good driver as I don't even have a single fine since I started driving 11 years ago. But sometimes, I am too careful that most of the speed drivers don't like. These three situation happen to me so many times. The only thing I could do is just to get angry and nagging inside my own car. No one else knows what happened! I remember one time when the second situation happened, the driver who honked me non-stop, over took me right after the traffic light turned green. There was another junction to a shopping mall and so I gave a signal to turn right, right after I passed the traffic light junction. He wanted to turn right too and so, he overtook me with the stupid 'vroom! vroom!' sound! I was angry but as I said, the only thing I could do is just get angry inside my car. You're the only person here who responded differently from others! Salute to you!

1.) I would ignore him and let him feel the way I felt when he ignored me. If I had a lot of time, I would continue to block his path by going at the same speed as he is as long as possible. 2.) I will ignore the driver if I am busy and just wait for the light to go green. If I got really fed up, I would switch off my car's engine and stay there for 5 minutes or at least until the driver stops honking. If he did come out of his car and quarrel, I would simply wind up the window and let him shout. I doubt that the driver is colour blind because they cannot possibly pass the driving test. If anyone is impatient, they can over take me at that junction since they want to risk their life by turning to the junction when the light is still red. The risk is still the same if they over take me and go to that junction. 3.) I would feel very angry and if I had time, I would either annoy him by driving very slow in front of him and prevent him from overtaking or, I would call and report him to the police and even take a picture of him talking on the phone while driving.

Hello dualityalex, I fully understood if people get angry because of the three situation. It happens almost all the times here. I hate it when it happens and I can consider myself as ' quite a patient person' as the only act I could do when it happens is to scold, scold and scold and complain!
