hmmm ...
I accidentally found these videos on youtube, talking about Revelation 17 things. Truly shocking and I don't know how accurate they are.
However, everything will surely be revealed as true or not, in YAHUSHUA ha MASHIACH's Timing.
however I always pray to be worthy to escape any form of great devastation. these two videos truly make me shiver.

As long as you know you did good on this earth and that you have faith in God you'll be saved. 
Also these things are being revealed to us because I believe that it's telling us that we still have time to set things straight and to do more good so that we could prepare ourselves

yes, but I think we still have to count on His mercy.
that's why most parts of the Bible also give us various warnings so we would still work out our own salvation with fear and trembling, because after all, it is His mercy upon us that we will be spared.
