I am assuming that it worked ok before? So this is not the first time? Try another cable. The wires inside are very thin and can sometimes break. The other possibility is it is loose. Take out each end and push it home again. Sometimes the plastic cover at the end of the cable stops it from pushing right home and making contact. Take a sharp knife and carefully pare away some of the plastic till it fits. Sometimes the plastic cover slips over the inside and you need to restore the cover to the right position.

Maybe your Ethernet Cable is broke or maybe there are no LAN Connectivity plug on, check your local connectivity networks if there is some broke machine or not
