How does PAYPAL work?

I just would want to ask you guys about "how PAYPAL works". I did sign up there, but I dont know how it works, I am currently residing here in Philippines, I would want to ask how can i get my earnings from PAYPAL, and I dont have credit/debit card, all I have is a bank account number, and thats what i just registered at paypal. Is it necessary to have a credit/debit cards? How will i get paid from paypal? Hope guys you can give me some idea, your help is very much appreciated. Thanks.

You can use your bank account by slecting the tab that says withdraw then transfer to bank account. If you have already successfully set up your bank account then you should have no problem sending it to your account, however it days take I think somewhere between 3 - 5 businessd days (possibly a few more) fo rthe transaction to be complete.
