Online Relationships...

not always, no. there is alot of very strange people out there, so you have to be careful. i met my husband through online chat and we're happily still together 4 years on so it can work. we lived some 70 miles apart and chatted for about a month on the phone before actually meeting, in a public place of course. it worked for us, but you do have to be careful to make sure you are safe.

Why won't it work? In any relationships, it depends a lot on both parties - how much commitment they would want to put in. There's a phrase that describes this perfectly! And that is in any relationships, it takes 2 hands to clap, if only 1 hand is clapping, that hand would soon tire and stop eventually. Similarly in any relationships, effort is needed from both parties. If both puts in the effort to create the trust by updating on what is happening in their lives, as well as be honest with each other. Perhapes once in a while, doing something sweet as sending small gifts when they least expect it, and things like that, it would definately work out! Why are you asking anyway? I think its nice to be able to see your bf/gf sometime, so i think it can start from online, but it has to be involving offline too i think

Online relationships could work, as long as both parties make an effort to communicate and be open to each other. However, the lack of person to person communication sometimes causes misunderstandings and if the couple don't try to mend this, then the relationship would eventually fail.

Sure, though its hard to know the mindsets of next door neighbour on front, i could able to get the feeling of my next country neighbour here. may be its hard to meet the friend whom i get here, but always a possibility to share the thoughts and my feelings. Sure a relationship make here, will continue for ever

it does exist,but at the same time it runs risk. i don't want this kind of relationships unless we are in the same city. internet really provides people with something called cyber rommance,believe it or not,i think it is destined by god,by opportunity. take care.
