Big Brother 10: Cortjo Report...was it a fair win?

You know the drill. For anyone who didn't read my report on who won HOH, don't go any further because the question I am about to ask will spoil who won HOH.
Did April win fairly? Here is what I have learned since last night. Jessie may have been disqualified because he had his arms wrapped around the bar. That was supposed to be against the rules. When Ollie called him out on it and Keesha complained that it wasn't fair, the feeds were apparently cut off for a little while and when the feeds came back on, Jessie was no longer in the competition. He was off the wall. So, later on, it was reported that April could be seen with her elbow wrapped inside of the bar. That sounds like a clear violation of the rules to me if that is why Jessie got disqualified. So, why was it ok for April? Huh? If she won and they don't correct that, I will be pissed! That isn't fair.
What do you all think? Do you think that BB needs to study the tapes again and make sure they didn't let April have a win after she should have been disqualified around 7:55 PM Big Brother time? She won it at 8:39 PM BBT.
Sounds fishy to me. Sounds like someone else should have won HOH!

I am hoping that they review the tapes too. Hopefully someone gets the word at BB production that there are some people who saw April cheating and this doesn't get swept under the rug or just ignored, leaving someone who doesn't deserve the HOH to have it. Michelle should have it. She didn't break any rules. And, I would love to see her toss Keesha's peroxided bimbo butt up on the block...whiney voice and all! LOL!

Well if she cheated they better look back and correct that. I mean its not like they dont have enough cameras to catch it lol. I want Dan to win just cause hes Americas player lol. So if they disqualify Angie who would win?

Did you mean if they disqualify April? If they do, they would have to give it to Michelle since she was the runner up in that competition. Michelle dropped and gave the win to April after their deal to not put Michelle and Jessie up on the block and to keep Michelle off even if POV is used.
I feel like people need to write or email the Big Brother production people to review those tapes. I don't know if the report was accurate. It was just a live feed updater on Morty's site who said they saw that. But, I do think that the producers, or whomever, need to review the tapes to be sure that they didn't DQ one person and let another one slide.

BB needs to do something about these competitions. Every season there is a controversial HOH win. I think they need to study the tapes, but they won't. There have been other HOH comp violations that were much more blatant and I don't recall them ever dethroning a HOH winner before (correct me if I'm wrong on that).
I don't like Jessie at all but I was actually rooting for him to win last night's HOH to teach those dummies a lesson. They shoulda kicked him out last night!

LOL! I'd actually swear I remember one time when someone wrongly won HOH but, it was stripped of them and given to the 2nd place person. I can't recall how or why, or what season but, I would almost swear I remember it because I think I was happy about it.
And, I think I was rooting for Jessie a little bit too. I would love to see him teach them a lesson but, at the same time, he is hard to tolerate. He needs to get gone! LOL! But, he is sort of fun to watch which makes it hard not to want to root for him because he brings some character to a house full of idiots who have amounted to a bunch of sheep like drones who forgot where they put their own brains when they walked into the house! LOL!

I was voting for Dan to win...I am so happy he is Americas Player because he is my favorite.
I don't think that there is anything fishy about it. It is just the posters on the boards making more of something to try to stir it up..
I really don't think that everyone would be silent if April had her elbow wrapped inside the bar and didnt' get disqualified for it~ especially Jesse and Michelle.
I am surprised that a girl won. I would have thought that one of the guys would win this one because it seems like you would need alot of strength.

I don't know who all was outside when it happened. Remember that her alliance is much bigger than the other alliance so, while others may have been out there and saw she was doing it, the right people to call her out on it may not have been out there to see it and, Michelle probably couldn't see it from her position on the wall next to April.
I am not too surprised that one of the guys didn't win it because, the less weight you have to support could be helpful. April is tiny which meant she had less of herself to hold up than the rest of the players.
