Did you ever wonder how politicians go about creating the image they want everyone to see in their ads and their speeches? Here is an enlightening article that explains part of what goes into the process and how different poses are perceived by potential voters. http://www.theonion.com/content/news/obama_practices_looking_off_into

The explanation at the link is incomplete, though they make a good start at explaining Obama's facial expressions. Going left to right, they display facial expressions of Obama of wistfullness, determination, and hopefullness. These descriptions are correct as far as they go. What is the rest of the story? In the photo labled as wistful, Obama is wistfully thinking of his pensive longing and yearning to experience the joy of flatulence. In the photo labled as determination, Obama is determined to experience that joy, irregardless of how many dignitaries and celebraties might be present. In the photo labled as hopefullness, Obama is hopeful those present are hard of hearing with impaired olefactory senses. You may doubt me, but go back to the link and look at the photos again with this explanation in mind. You'll see that I'm right.

It appears you are right, Red! And to think, Obama spends six hours a day practicing for this! What is politics coming to?
