do you experience flood?

Do you experience flood every high tide? Here in the Philippines, due to its geography most provinces and even cities experiece flood during hightides and storm.

there have been many floods in the state that i live, but not around my house. my brother used to live near a road that flooded often. i found it scary to drive around there and see the water so high. it would just flood the road but you couldn't travel on it then. you'd have to turn around. but at least no houses were flooded.
