Extracting data from cell phone SIM cards

Recently today (8/1/2008), i've bought a multi-card reader that also has a SIM card reader. For those who don't know, a SIM card is a card that stores all your data on your cell phone. More can be found here: http://www.wisegeek.com/what-is-a-sim-card.htm In my case, I got two of them: Nokia Tracfone 1100 (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nokia_1101), and a Motorola RAZR V3 (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Motorola_RAZR_V3). The problem is that I have a lot of ringtones, high scores, reminders, everything in the first one, and videos, pictures, reminders and everything in the second one, and I thought I could use the SIM card reader that I bought (Digital Concepts 6-Slot Multi-Card Reader) to extract what's in there and make a copy of them to store onto my hard drives. However, Other than the SIM Edit Tool software included in the card reader which successfully found my list of numbers in the card, and the drives recognize my SD memory cards, it doesn't recognize my SIM cards for other things. Is there any way to extract, or pull out all of the data from the SIM cards, and not just the phone numbers, but the other things as mentioned above?
