How fast is your Internet's actual Download speed ?

My internet provider says 20mbps but I don't believe it, I think it is actually around 8-15 depending on the traffic..

The real speed is depending on where the file is store in. maybe

modem - cable
i've have done those testing sites that show you the speed of your upload and download and if i remember right i am about 10mbs+ when it comes to download speeds and 5-6mbs for upload speeds. I have a cable modem and i use comcast for my internet company

Mine is only at 50kbps. Although it's slow compared to most people here, I'm quite satisfied with it. As long as the net's working properly.
