If so, for what? Do you use them on yourself, or just for others? I was given a deck a few years ago and they are scary accurate. I have never used them on myself as you are not suppose to but I was thinking about using them on my hubby.

It might tell you something you don't want to hear or know.

I've used my decks on me hundreds of times over and have since being given my first deck yrs ago..doing readings for yourself is FINE in fact the benefits are many...just dont do them ALL the time and always make sure you right the deck again before using them on someone else...

I can't remember who said to not use tarot cards on yourself. I think the reason was because you may influence them....

The Bible does discourage the use of such things as instruments to predict the future. They can become addictive and actually begin to rule one's life. One will actually "make the predictions come true". If you just use them for amusement, then there should be little harm in them as a christian or other believer as those faiths do not seem to teach against it any more. There was a time when they were considered part of witchery etc. and you could get into a lot of trouble with the church. The Hebrews still follow the rules against tarot and other similar practices. The Tarot is a wonderful tool to use... but if you go into it with negative/or fearful feelings and energy it will not serve you well. The Tarot is an ancient method that should be respected. I suggest looking further into the history and the beauty of The Tarot before jumping in, this way your subconscious will help you with interpreting the meanings better- and you will have a very special part of yourself that is all yours. Hope this helps.

I have had tarot cards read to me and yes they are scarily accurate. I wish i knew how to read them, i find things like tarot, palm reading, psychic readings very intriguing and have found them all to be quite accurate.

I have not used Tarot Cards. I did know someone who predicted I would have children. but actually I gave birth to one. I also know someone who used the Ouija said I would be close to or the opposite of someone called John. I told her I wanted nothing to do with Ouija boards and wished she had asked my permission to do so. I never trusted fortune tellers, believing them to be dabbling in things best not known and the black arts. I would stay away from them. As you said they are scary accurate. You might get into something you do not want to, the slippery slope. You have to know the purpose of the cards. They seem innocent enough and you have to consider the path they will lead you -it will not be sudden, it will be so gradual you do not know it.

I've never used them myself but one of my cousins uses them alot and I've had a psychic use them on me before. It's interesting and there's some things you wonder how they could have known that but I wouldn't let it direct my life or anything. **AT PEACE WITHIN** ~~STAND STRONG IN YOUR BELIEFS~~
