Problem with my Depro Provera (birth control).

I love my depro provera. I have been on it for 5 years. I got a bone density test last week and I have significant bone loss as a result of being on the depo for so long. Sadly, my doctor says that I should NOT continue it . I have three months to decide on a new birth control. The problem is that I can't use any barrier methods or IUDs. I'm allergic to latex and spermicides and have had PID. This rules out most most methods of birth control. I have used the birth control patch in the past and it failed. My doctor most likely will not preform sterilization due to my age and the fact that I don't have children. I could always go on the pill but I'm terrified of forgetting if I didn't lose the birth control all together. I have terrible PMDD and before starting the depro my PMDD affected every area of my life. I am completly nonfunctional and hysterical for two weeks every month. I don't what to go back to that. I don't know what to do. I am soooo upset. Women are very loyal to their birth control methods.

It sounds like the pill is your only option. You will just have to put them as something important in your life and not forget them. I have a friend that is just in your boat and believe me, she feared she to would forget to take it, but in 3 years she has yet to do so.

well, Rabbit, .. I can suggest you some NATURAL PRODUCTS, which could help you in stablizing your bone density, etc. But, I would suggest you strongly, to go to a ALTERNATIVE MEDICAL EXPERT of your area, and get complete health.GOODLUCK
