I was sitting here thinking of how nice a good back rub would feel and I ran across this photo. It made me chuckle and, for a few moments, my back ache wasn't bothering me that much Be honest...wouldn't a massage feel really great right about now?

I've never really had a back massage but it sounds like a great idea. I tried one of those cushions you can buy for about a hundred dollars but I didn't think it was all that great so I didn't buy it.

That photo sure is cute, i love cute piccies of animals doing silly stuff. My back isn't really aching much but i would still really love to have it massaged. I wonder if i could persuade my partner? Often we will offer to do each others, you know, you massage my back i'll massage your....on no wait that's the wrong saying, lol! ;-)

Yes it will......i am having back pains too. sometimes it is so painful that i get so irritated easily and can't tolerate the pain. I am lucky though that i have a friend who willingly gives me a massage if i am in pain and it does feel great. But execise sure helps a lot....for when i am playing volleyball i don't experience this back pains. But now i can't do that as often as before but i still can play the sport.

I know what you mean. When I am bowling I don't usually notice the back aches, but boy, after I am done and back home I feel crippled up. Very nice friend you have there

Back ache is a very common problem these days. I think the basic reason for the same is the too relaxing chairs. The material that is being used these days feels comfortable but ultimately leads to back pain. Try to walk after an hour of continuous sitting. Also try out a few excercises also to be more relaxed.

I do try to remember to get out of the chair every now and then It really isn't the chairs fault, my back has given up on me and given me osteoporosis. Most days I don't pay it no mind, but some days it demands attention
