Has anyone seen Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann?

I watched and I love it, Gurren-Lagan is an epic anime and everyone should watch it. I liked plot twists and how Simon grew up through the series. Gainax is certainly a studio that know how to bring some new ideas to life. Although there are some things that my happy_end_wanting personality would change. But I guess it wouldn't be so good then, oh well:P

I LOVE that series, it's one of my favourite ones. It's just epic! I was never really a fan of mecha animes, but with Gurren-Lagann I got all into it right away from the first episode. It has an interesting plot, lots of action and badassery, lovable and awesome characters... a must watch, in my opinion :)

Yeah I've seen this anime on Sci-Fi on Ani-Mondays. It is so awesome. I loved the last episode especially, it's so emotional and inspiring. How they word things in the dub is simply poetic. . .especially Simon's lines. "This is drill is a drill that will pierce the Heavens! The two paths between Human and Beast,to create the path of the Spirals!" Pure genius. I did feel a bit empty when Nia had to go though, even though it was inevitable since after the defeat of the Anti-Spirals she'd eventually disappear as well.

this is like the best series ever! a must watch for anyone who likes a good laugh and awesome action. This series had me screaming quotes from the show at my computer screen. The action is soooooo intense! THE MUSIC IS AMAZING!!!!!! Row row fight da powuh!!!! 10/10 in my book

I agree! It is Gainax after all XD Even though this series has ended few years ago, recently Gainax made the movies for it, have you heard about it? The second movie, Lagann-Hen is like the epic thing ever! Unfortunately it will take a while until the DVD will be released :'( What I like about this show is how the characters grow. I still remember how wimpy Simon was, until he became a manly man ;_; The humors are hilarious, the teary moments are teary indeed, and if you want to watch a great show, try Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann! I still cry if I watch the last episode again, aside from how epic that is, it's also so heartbreaking I could cry forever ;_; Oh thank you Gainax for make this anime!

Man I loved this show, and it had me screaming at the computer... and my parents gave me weird looks like "why are you screaming?" XD I have never seen a mecha show get me that pumped up before, it's so awesome
