A best medicine in today's stressed and competitive world

Ever wondered what could you do when you are in big trouble and tensions and you brains stopped working on pretty simple things.. Friends just relax take a deep breath and laugh around with your near and dear ones. This could help you in becoming relax in your tensed moods. Has anyone expereinced the same situation. Please share your views..

when i am bombarded with a lot of tension, stress and problems.. i usually go to sleep, i slept for at least 10 hours so that i could be recharge and feel at ease.. and when i woke up, i already feel relax and ready for the battle again.;)

Thats a good way to releive your stress. Have you tried hanging around with friends.What do you say?
