HEALTHY LIVING!!!!! i have a plan... on monday, wednesday and friday i will go to the school gym, and sweat it out!!!!! 20 minutes on the treadmill and 20 minutes on the steprider and i will sweat it out!!!! so.... what do you think? think i will be able to make it? i have lost 1.2 kg already!!!! i am now, finally, under the 50 kg mark... 49.7... but so? i weigh lesser than my older sister, even though i am abit taller than her... i am sooo happy!!!!

Exercise is certainly a great benefit to losing weight. Three days a week is a good place to start, then you can work up from there. You may not be able to do the whole 40 minutes at first though, especially if you haven't been very active. You wouldn't want to hurt yourself. Congrats on the weight you've lost already and good luck with the rest.

lol... thanks!!!! well.... i think that, 3 times a week is more than enough.... but...if i want to vent out anger or hurt i exercise too.... so, maybe i will just stick to it... until i die of exhaustion or something... lol...

Good for you raclie! It is good that you have a plan to keep healthy. So, what is your target weight?
