Can I use my hubby's moneybookers account in myLot payment?

I am having problems accessing paypal. so i have created a moneybooker's account. I cannot link my bank account to them because i share that account with my aunt and it's in time deposit. no plans of withdrawing any money in it... my hubby has a bank account. can i add his bank account in my moneybooker's account? ive tried to do so but the name should match to the owner of the bank account? what if he creates a moneybookers account? can i use his account here in paypal for payment? help!!!!

Im not that familiar with moneybookers but I think the names of account and that of your husband should match and all other details. Im using paypal and I just open a different account for my online transactions. Why not open a new account of your own?

I've tried to access Paypal these past few days... Everytime I access Paypal's homepage, the page disappears in 5 to 10 seconds before i could even type to log in. I dont really know what's happening.
