Meeting "friends"

Everyone, including myself, always praises how much fun this is and how it's great to "Meet" new friends......but besides instant messaging, how many of you have actually met anyone? I mean face to face? Just curious

I have only met someone once off of the internet. It is kind of weird to actually meet some one you have been talking to for awhile. Then in person you don't really know what to say because sometimes they aren't what you expect them to be. I just met a friend off the internet. Nobody I was considering dating and I probably won't meet anybody ever again. No, the person I met didn't turn out to be a crazy or anything but I don't want to ever run into that.

Actually, I think we have become extremly more reliant on technology when it comes to talking to people. I actually email or text people instead of actually calling them. And I know I am not the only one out there that does that. Talking to people isn't what this day and age is about. We are all about the internet and what it has to offer.

It is good to go to new places. In new places you will meet new people, that way you can meet new friends there. Like you can meet new people. That you might never see before. I went to a new workplace, there I met someone I've never seen before. It is fun to meet new people, but it hard to meet new friends, because someone you know might be able to be 'friends' but it is hard to say that they are true friends

I think meet someone on internet it's beccome more and more popular ,
but until now i had never meet i person, i am afriad of do that ,sometimes i will think how it's she or he look like it's she he beatiful or not .and if they are too ugly ,what i should do ,can i run far away from them ,so i can't accept to that to have a face to face talk
