What would you do when your relationship is faded but you still love him?

What would you do in this case? Would you choose to leave or stay with him? My friend told me that her relationship with her current boyfriend has faded. They are no longer have same topics to talk with each other and same interests to spend time with. They are kind like feel bored with each other. However,she still loves her boyfriend. She does not want to lose him but at the same time she cannot stand the relationship to be in situation. What should she do? Please advice,thanks.

I think if they are both bored they should just end it. Its ok that she still loves him, but its probably more love as a friend. It may be that they still care for each other some, but the fear of moving on is keeping them together. She should just do it and be brave, it will be ok. They are both just wasting their time if they know that the relationship is heading towards the end. It will be better if they make the break now rather than wait till they start getting bitter towards each other and then it ends badly.
