Oh, you must have somehow laid wrong. Take a hot shower and have the hot water run over it. That'll have a soothing effect and relax the muscles a bit. If it is really bad you may want to visit a chiropractor to have it realigned right away. Or you can take a painkiller and tough it out. Apply heat packages and try to do stretching exercises to straighten out the back again. It'll hurt for a couple of days. I just checked your age. You should not have such backpain at your age. I don't know what you did yesterday, but could there be something like heavy lifting or strange exercises that may have brought this on? Or did you fall or accidentall run into something. Could be whiplash, too. Some things you don't feel right away. You may want to see a doctor if it is really bad.

Nah, it wasnt a major pain, i dont think that it requires a doctor attention. I went to work just fine, and while i still feel it, its not too bad I didnt do anything the night before that could have caused it to my knowledge

Well two things which we get instant remedy are one cream move and another is Relispray, if they are available in your country then try them they are the best. Your bedding needs to be shown some sunlight as moisture in bedding also gives the back pain. If your bedding is very soft then change it to a bit hard one and stop putting high pillow as that is also the culprit.

You could try a warm bath with essential oils like a few drops of lavender in it to help you relax. You might try having a hot water bottle rest on your back. If someone could massage your back it might help you feel better. Experiment with getting into the most comfortable position to sleep tonight. If it still hurts tomorrow you might try laying down on a hard floor and doing some stretching exercises. Good luck.

Sounds like your mattress doesn't agree with you. You may have to get a new one for it's either too soft or too hard. I'm the same way with my mattress that I don't sleep on it very often but sleep on another one, our old one which is much harder than the new one. The newer one costs too much to throw out and so is a new one so I'll wait a few years before getting a new one myself. I have the other bed which I sleep in when I need a break from the new one.

Oh dear :( *Hugs* If I were you id get somebody to massage your back for you! And make sure you totally relax! I get back pain sometimes, it might have been that you slept in an awkward position, it can be fixed :) With a massage. When I get my backpain my boyfriend massages right by my spine and it feels much more comfortable then :)

I know the feeling, believe me. I have been struggling with back and leg pain for some time now. I think it is the disc in my back that I have been told it bulges. I need to stretch to keep it feeling better. And sometimes I take some aspirin. I just so happened to wake up early this morning with bad pain in my back. And then I just kind of rubbed my back a little and it went away. I would suggest just stretching at night before bed time. There was also a time when I used a heating pad that you can buy at the store. It's actually something that you stick to your back and it works for about eight hours. It can be very relieving.
