Home made Food

listen corporate mylotters Are u fad up with the fast food or confectionery. I am fad up and it actually harm medically. Now I do not forget to keep Flask full of cold water some fruit and home made food in a warmable Tiffon Box in my car in the morning. My doctor advised to stop oily and fried eatings to control the clastrol factor to maintain good health. He also advised to have morning walk for at least 40 minutes. I am practicing this for the last one year. I am hail and health and my debtic problem has been reduced to the minimum. What do you think of home made food. Come up and share.

Yes I am also suffering digestive problem for a long time, because I was vary fond of fast food and oily food. I have totally off (90%) taking foods outside home. I don't even take so much rich food at home.

Well nahidbd Wake up early in the morning after washing your mouth just take two tumblers of water, brush and have atleast 40 minutes brisk walk. Take some rest and have an Orrange before eating any thing. You practice it for 7 days I am hopeful your problem will be over.

I think that homemade foods are a great idea. It could prove healthier too depending on what you are making. The doctor is right about the oily foods and the cholesterol factors. We need to take better care of ourselves. Eating fast food is alright every once in a while but should not become a habit. Walking is also a good idea. I hope that you continue on with your process of staying fit and healthy. Good Luck!
