Your Driving Speen in the "National Highways..??"

I used to drive my Car on the Highways between 80-120 Kms.. Wherever i have the NH with Four way Roads, I defenatly maintains the above said Speed limits.. But in the city i cannot travel more than 60 Kms due to the traffic and the Signals. And also once i touch the National Highways, i never change my Gear from the Top Gear (5th Gear).. But when i travel in the City i supposed to change my gear from 1(One), 2(Two) and 3(Three) often.. What about you..?? In what Speed will you maintain when you travel in the National Highways..
