Certainly this is gift of a bigshot.. Mukesh Ambani presenting Falcon 900 Ex and an Airbus 319 to his wife Nita..which was worth 4000 millions is a history. Now, as my friends in India, know about the Family of Ambani.. the richest in the country. Okay..what it has to do with this topic..i understand that. Having presented such a gift to her wife, purely for private purposes he is supposed to have paid a tax of 10% amounting to 400 millions. But the thing is, this 10% tax is applicable only if the aircraft is used for commercial purpose If the aircraft is used for Private purpose, which means he has to pay 18% tax, of 700 millions Thus he evaded a customs duty of 8% Now, my question is, How could be like that..can he say that he is not aware of it. Even that can also be categorised as under the section of ignorance, But HOW CAN HE SHOW IN RECORDS A PRIVATE AIRCRAFT AS THE ONE THAT IS BROUGHT FOR COMMERCIAL PURPOSE? In which category would you list his action, Under: Misrepresentation, Ignorance, or Cheat.
