All he does is stay home and either sleep, watch TV and use the computer.
He doesn't like to go outside. Says he doesn't see any of his friends out so therefore that is why he won't go out.
I told him to go to his friends houses and knock on their doors but he won't. He tells me they have to come to him. What is that all about?
It's like if they do come calling on him he won't bother with them. What the heck!
Does anyone have any insight as to why? He is not a shy boy. I just don't get it.

My son is the same way. At our old place he had a lot of friends that would come calling on him and after school - but not on the weekends - he would go call on them. At our new place, he has a few friends but will never go knock on a door and they are the same way. However if he is outside playing or they are, he will play with them or vice versa.
Maybe it has something to do with that awkward age, they don't want to be outside playing games because they are for "babies" and they don't really know what to do to spend time with their friends?
