*rolling eyes* Here we go again. first, an obsevation, The suposedly impartial chairman's shameless plug of the book, the man just used MY tax dollars to promote an author on national television, first prosecution needs to go there. I have not read the book. Nor will I give this guy a penny of my money to do so. I will read the book if I stumble on it for free, just so I can say I did. but I doubt there is anything new or exiting to it, same tired cliche's we'ver been hearing regurgitated over and over for years. this guy is a former county prosecuter. He prosicuted charles mansion......**insert crickets chirping here**.....big deal, like that was a hard case. It says nothing about his knowlage of constitutional law or the dicy details of it. I have posted extensively on this and debated quite a bit, listened to a lot of points of view on it over the last couple years and sorry, I'm still not convinced. I will not comment further as I have not read the book.

I do have a problem why you fail to understand the evidence of your experience and your eyes. It has been obvious for years that this current administration is aiming for a totalitarian government, the same as Stalin established in the former Soviet Union. They are consistently doing everything within their power to lull the poplace into a false sense of security so that unwarranted spying on the people is accepted as being the norm, instead of illegal by the constitution. They are currently asking congress to pass a law declaring the entire world as a battlefield so that this half-wit can declare ANYONE an enemy combatant, including US citizens, thereby allowing indeterminate incarceration without charge. What kind of idiot are you? You are either very young and don't remember that we have rights, or you are shaking in your boots from the "possibility" of another attack on our soil. In either case, give me back my country. George W. Bush is very close to the Antichrist! His only agenda is is the total destruction of the Constitutional definition of the United States of America. Murder is the lease of his crimes.

George W Bush is guilty of a lot of things. I'm so glad that he's out now, and Obama's in. Finally, we got a decent president who is not going to pull the $hit that Bush has pulled over the past 8 years. Thanks for posting this story.

just dont really know how to react to this video. For I do beleive that saddam was a threat not only to his own people but could have just as well turned on us in his mad man acts that he did to his own people. I would like to talk to the store man that excaped from Iraq and ask him how he feels about this. But I dont see him often now he has a storee away from where I live but I do know that he was so happy when Saddam was taken down!

I think that is very interesting. I'm sure that of course nothing will become of it. Maybe one day the people of the United States will be fed up with politicans doing whatever they please, that they will demand changes in the way these criminals are charged, tried, and sentenced. Until that day it will just be a free for all for them. Thanks for the interesting link.
