I am currently fixing up my first investment property. It was foreclosed and we bought it cheap ($40K and it appraises at $130K). We found it driving around. I am just about finished rehabbing it and will put it up for sale, making over $50k on it. So, I will be looking for another soon. Where is the best place to look?

It is very funny that you would post this. I created a squidoo lens about this exact same thing and I know the perfect place for you to look for your next.
I will add you as a friend, please send me a reminder so I can give you the link.

Hi there,
Good luck. Hope you get a good price for your rehab. I stepped away from REI for awhile and now am getting ready to "pull the trigger" again. I got really burned back in October by an RE agent. We were going to do short sales together but it didn't work out. I'll explain in a different post. Anyway, I think you best bet to find foreclosures is to go to your county clerk office and see if you can talk to someone there about foreclosed properties. HTH
StereoDiva,
I would like to know of that website that you have for foreclosures. It never hurts to have more than one source. Could you send me the site also. You are already a friend. Thanks!
Sincerely in Christ,

First off, it is a pleasure to see another Christian business person like yourself. I, too am a Christian. If you sned Stereo Diva a message, I am sure that she would be glad to send that link to you. Thanks for the advice. I never thought about going to the clerk
