What is going on with myspacetoearn? Is it really a scam?

I was just logging on to myspacetoearn to click. There seems to be something bad going on there. The whole surf section was covered with scam "alerts" posting that a certain person (probably the admin, someone named pedro) is a scammer. I do not know if this is for real or if it is a hacking of the site. On the forum on can read about questions where the admin is, and that the site has been registered as a scam somewhere, but it does not give very much information. I clicked on the site a few days ago and did not see any signs of "failure" then! Has anyone got any inside information about this site? Have you been paid, are you waiting for payout, do you think/know it is a scam or do you think/know it is a hacking? I'd like any possible information, thank you!
