for me, i want to be a friend of people who are good influence to me. people who almost have the same interest and hobbies as with me. a friend whom i can trust and always be there for me for bad times and good times. a friend whom i can share all my secrets and problems in life. one who respect all my decisions and aspirations in life. and one who have a fear in God. i hope i can have a lot of friends who have all that qualities i'm looking for...

i dont think i have any predetermined requirements that people have to meet in order to be my friends. i go off of the vibes i get when i first meet a person. im good at judging people that way i guess. it hasnt led me wrong yet. i think your friends are puzzle pieces that just fit with different aspects of your personality. i just try to go for someone i can trust to hang with me in the long run. the ones that i can fight with and hate but still reconcile and love and who wont drop me as soon as things get weird.

i generally do not try to choose my friends based on requirements and qualifications that just seem 'right'. i have a multitude of friends from different backgrounds, mindsets and philosophies and most of the time, the differences we have in those aspects of life are what bring us together. i do think that some people choose their friends based on a certain 'minimum' that needs to be fulfilled. i can't imagine myself doing that but if i ever had to, i would want that person to have similar interests, but not necessarily similar EVERYTHING as me.
