Can anyone tell me about what its like living in Gig Harbor, Washington?

I am thinking about moving there next year, of course I will go check it out when I get the money to do so. but I was just hoping someone on mylot has lived there or is living there presently can tell me what life is like living there. I have a preschooler in my home. So of course I am curious what public schools are like there. I am a stay at home mom so I won't be worrying about work. so whats fun to do there? Are there City or Sales tax? if yes how much? How about apartment costs?

I cant help you there. I was just wondering why you want to move there if you know nothing about it. I've visited Washington and Oregon before and they are beautiful states but that's about all I know abot it. I think if you look on the internet you will be able to find out the information you need to know.
