i love computers & internet but i hate

ok i love computers they rock who ever came up with computers is a genius BUT i hate those little glitches and error message's that happens, just like my computers outlook express keeps messing up and it seems like nothing i do to fix it works first i couldn't receive or send messages through outlook, then i did somthing that fixed part of the problem but i still cant send messages but now i can receive a massage im like WHAT THE!.......i mean omg but when everything works its a wonderful thing what do you like or dislike about computers?

The way I see it is this: The human created computers.. There were a bunch of people putting their minds together, and VIOLA A computer is born. I think your iss is with software, not hardware, a computer is hardware.
If your outlook express is acting up get to the root of the software prob.. it is not hardware.
Make sure all your configurations are correct, your SMTP, etc. If it is outbound maybe you have to re-configure your host.. here it is typically mail.blahblahblah
You can alway sreinsatll OE (Outlook Express).. Hope this helps even a little
