That go back to work feeling!

My fiance's mother told me just yesterday that one of the restaurants I considered applying to in the past, is now hiring. I am so used to being at home and mylotting, as well as various other things, I don't think I want to go back to work. My fiance doesn't want me to either, but deep down he knows as well as I do that we need to work. I've actually considered telling him that he can stay here and do the things he does online and I will go to work so that we can spend as much time as we can together, as for right now, if only one of us has a job it would suffice.
The job they are asking to be done, I am not sure. I know that I have eaten at that restaurant and in ways it is similar to a job I used to work at. I suppose that is one other reason why I don't want to go work there. The people that I would be catering to would most likely be upper class people, and although i've done it before, as you can imagine I don't want to do it again. I may very well have to wear a tuxedo on some days, and I didn't like doing it before.
I know that a job is a job and that I should not complain, but I can't help but think "can I find somewhere else?" then again nothing is ever as bad as it sometimes Appears.
So as to make it a discussion and get to the question I wanted to ask prior : Have you ever had that "I don't want to go back to work" feeling? I'm not talking about if your out for a few days or for a vacation, but actually longer then that. If so, How did you handle it? Was it as bad as you had imagined?

I hope that you all have a wonderful and lovely day , take care!

I know that we do need to get jobs, but I am not sure if you should work at a place like that because it seems a little too fancy if you ask me,and it also reminds me of the last place you worked, and I would not want you to have to put up with the long hours and snobby people liked you used to serve, and I appreciate that if you got a job there that I could continue to do mylot and all the other sites I do,but we both need to get jobs because it would not be fair for you to be the only one getting a job while I stay at home, and ever since I got fired from Arby's I have had a bad feeling when it comes to going back to work, because they did not give me many hours, and fired me do to my inability to not be up to speed at backline, and I am kind of afraid that other places would do me the same way.

I do agree that it would be best if we have both get jobs baby but I must say that I know that you are scared to go back out there because of the fact that Arby's fired you like that. I also think that it was wrong of them, but alas it happened and atleast they are not sore with you coming back and eating there. I am also thinking only myself getting a job so that in a way we could save money on gas because you could easily come pick me up from work instead of your father if say you were at work, or your mother if your father was on his way to work. I love you very much.

I am glad that you agree that it was wrong the way Arby's did me,and you are right at least they are not sore at me,as I left on good terms with everyone, and they do let me come in and eat there, and that is a good point if you have a job and I stay at home and mylot like crazy, then it would save gas,and I would be able to pick you up, without having to have my mother or father do it,I love you with all my heart and soul, have a great day, good luck in your life, and Happy Posting.

You also forgot to mention that we could also spend more time together as our schedules would not conflict with one another! I love you baby!

Hey there! Well, actually I did. And it was just recently. I quit my job last February for quite a lot of reasons. One is I needed to be free when we have our 1 month vacation. The office didn't give it to me even with a 2 month notice. Next, I was just too tired. After I left, I started to feel that I don't want to work anymore. I've been online more, watching TV more and of course, eating more.
It was good for 2 or 3 months as I still had some of my salary that was left. It got real hard on the fourth month and I felt the need to work. My bills piled up and my credit card have the worst case. It was then that I had to change priorities and I wanted a job not just for me but for my family as well. Now, I got a job that I like. I'm doing it for them. I think I'll be staying in this company for a loooong time. Take care!

Thanks.
Yeah, it was a terrible feeling to realize everything's not going well even if I'm enjoying. I just wish you all the best as well. You have a great day as well.

I am glad that you finally found a job that you enjoy. I know how it is to not want to go back to work, but I know I need to. Watching to much t.v. can really cause you not to want to go back. I'm sorry that the previous job didn't give you your vacation but hey you found something you like! Have a wonderful day!
