I guess that would depend on what you are looking for. Freelance can mean a lot of things. If you do a search for just the word 'freelance' you will come up with all sorts of things. I've looked at a few and two that come to mind are guru.com and freelance.com. Are you looking for places to write? If so, Associated Content works pretty well. You won't get rich, but you can pick up a buck or two. I have a link on my profile where I wrote about myLot if you'd like to take a look at how it works.
