May be that you are so closely watching the activities of Iran, with that of the International communities. But what i find is that it is not so case specific for Iran, and a lots of countries behave like this.. including that of mine.. openly declaring that something they will do, in a summit, and on the next day ..interpreting between the lines..and giving a new version of their statements as said by them earlier.

Iran is playing a political game that is often seen and is usually used as a delaying technique. Israel has indicated that they will destroy Iran's nuclear facilities if they reach a certain point in their production and Iran has every reason to believe that Israel will follow through. In response Iran has said that they are willing to discuss this situation with world representatives and willing to allow inspectors to see what they are doing but they don't really intend to do this. They are trying to buy time. This will not work. Israel can not and will not let a neighbor who has publically stated numerous times their wish to wipe Israel off the map develop a nuclear weapon and they will do what they feel they need to do in order to protect themselves.
