Do you love applesauce?

hi i love apples and i love apple pie. applesauce is not readily available in the market in my country so i what i did is diced up apples and simmer it with brown sugar and cinnamon powder... LOL... i don't know if this the right way to do an applesauce... maybe you can teach me...LOL

I usually eat applesauce plain, but I've been known to mix it in with baked goods and cottage cheese. It's usually easier and cheaper to buy it already made at the store, but I do make it myself if I get my hands on a bunch of inexpensive apples. It's definitely a good thing to have around and it's sooo yummy!

I do like applesauce.....I really am not a big fan of fruit but I do like eating applesauce...I have it as my fruit at a meal. I like it especially when I have pork and use it over the meat. I haven't used it in recipies but I hear you can use it and it makes whatever you are baking very moist!

I do not eat applesauce very often. My kids love it though. They prefer the chunky applesauce that has cinnamon in it. My son did not eat applesauce very often before I started buying that stuff. Now he takes a little cup on it to school with him everyday almost.

Yes, I do love applesauce with biscuits and eggs. I can ever go for some grits with it but it's better with the biscuits and eggs. With cinnamon, a little butter, and sugar added into it.

Once in a while, sure. Especially on potato pancakes. I don't make my own. I purchase the unsweetened variety in the jar. My hubby uses it when he bakes. He actually put some in muffins this morning. They came out very moist.

I can't stand apple sauce!! When I was little and I had an opporation, hey used to crush up my pain killers ino a spoonfull of apple sauce. I could sstill taste the pills. I was able to swallow pills at that point, bu the doctors didn't think a little kid could swallow pills, so they crushed them up. I hated when they did that, and to this day I can not stand apple sauce, because o that.
