This is a rant!

I love to cook and I'm quite good at it. I've been collecting recipes since '92 when I was on USENET and I have over 200,000 in an indexed database, and another 200,000 that are still in email form. I belong to several recipe groups on Yahoo. Why are there people that can't just post a recipe...they have to post 30 at one time? If you want to talk about a clogged inbox... The aggravating thing is, I could guarantee that they have not made the recipe in question, and they will rarely give credit to where it comes from. I have a good friend who is also a public health officer with WHO. He's also a gourmet cook who's collected recipes (in person) from most of the countries in Eastern Europe (my favorite cuisine) and he always gives credit to the developer of the recipe. He may post one or two a week. When I want a recipe, I want TNT, not spam. [/rant]

AMEN to that!! Some people don't know the meaning of quality oer quantity. They think they're suh big shots ecause they post the MOST recipes. I'd raher see a few posts, but a good diussion, than a load of somehing, and no sustane. I am with you on this rant. I am glad I am not on the board you speak o, ecause I have too much on my hands already, to deal with a full in-box. As for your cooking, that's one of the reasons why I married you!!
