Is it possible to redeem my e-gold money with Paypal or cash with any credit car

I have some ammount ballence in my e-gold account and still i have not found any way to make it cash with any one in my country ,so i have decided to redeem the money with jaxtr money to make international calls,but jaxtr only excepts paypal therefor i am looking for a way to exchange my e-gold ballence with paypal to redeem it with jaxtr minutes ......... if anyone knows what to do ,.......? thanks
