One of the most important things that interviewers look for when they hold an interview is, what can you offer this company? That is why your there...to tell them. Always dress and look your best. Always go prepared. With the Internet now you can do a great deal of research about a company before you have that first interview. With that research and knowledge will come confidence. Extremely important. If in talking to them you are able to show that you know what that company is all about and can then tell them how you can contribute to it you will be way ahead of the game. This would be true of your first or any interview you have. You will have filled out an application and so they will know a little bit about your background. What your education is, your work history, and so on. If you have never worked in this field before but you still have the interview they are okay with your not having experience but they do want to know if you can handle the job. The one way to blow any interview is to go in not looking your best and having no idea what you can do for that company. A company invests a good deal of money in hiring you and getting you up to speed so he or she must know what they are getting. You must know what the job you are applying for entails and show that you can do it. Not that you have to be able to tell them how but just simply knowing what you must do in that position will make all the difference. It is really not that hard but takes preparation. Never go in with just a hope. There have been people that have been so confident and able to show that they know just how to handle that job that, even with no experience, they were hired. You can do it too.

You should tell more about yourself which is not written in your resume.. they'd be more to hear from you, about your attitude towards work, and how to deal with work..

I think one of the main things is to be confident. Not scared and tell them exactly what you can do. Confidence will go a long way
