I want PTC with low payout.

plusbux provides a minimum payout of $2. though the payment is thru alertpay. im from philippines so i'm having some problem what to do with my alertpay funds. i cannot ask for bank transfer. and if i'll be asking for a check, the minimum check that alertpay will be issuing is $20. not to mention the US$3 charge.
