I think she's Crazy!...

Ok guyz..what is your stand in this situation..? A girl separated her husband because she heard news that her husband is having an affair with other girl..(i don't know if she had proven that herself..so the guy left the house...knowing that they have a child..and now the girl has a new boyfriend now.. And now she's waiting for the financial support not only for the kid but for her also..which i think is not legally right..what i know is the father is responsible to give financial support ONLY to his child but not to the mother of his kids..What do you think is this girl crazy?

No, She's not, let's just say that woman is just getting what she think legally is her, she's just being smart. There is a saying that "If there's a smoke there's a fire" so i think that woman will not leave her husband without any proof that her husband is having an affair with onother woman. Chow... =)

This girl is right dude. The guy did the wrong thing and now he has to pay the consequence. But yes if they are seperated and divorced couple then the guy has not to pay and it depends upon whos keeping the kid if the girl is then she has the responsibility to pay for the kid and herself own. If they are not seperated then she can claim the guy! to pay even for her Granma's Garments dude! =))

she may be. but in that case the husband may not have tried to make her understand the real things. there can be misunderstanding between the two. if she is asking for maintainence, then there should be legal way

Well from what I know the ex wife can only ask for child support but not for herself. It is the obligation of the father to provide support for the child as that is his ligitimate child that he has to support.

If she already has a new boyfriend, it sounds more like SHE was having the affair Depending on the laws there, he may have to provide support for his wife too, although he shouldn't have tom let the new boyfriend help support her
