Familiar songs on Backtracks

Isn't it amazing when the songs you've been listening to are now being played on backtracks? Whenever there's an episode of Backtracks in a music video channel, I always check if they really play backtracks songs or just what I call backtracks-backtracks. lol. That's the term I call for the songs that I've sung and danced to when I was growing up. Like Spice Girls, or Boyzone, the popular artists 10 years ago. Well, technically those songs are old. But they're not that old yet to be categorized as backtracks, don't you think?
Today I've watched an episode and they played Jennifer Lopez, Michelle Branch, and Vanessa Carlton. I did enjoy, but why are they on backtracks?!
Somehow it made me realize that I am getting old. But I won't stop watching backtracks because of that. I miss those videos.

i don't watch backtracks but i often hear old songs being played somewhere and that would usually take me down to memory lane and remember all the old songs that i used to love. when i heard an old Natalie Imbruglia song, Torn, it reminded me of her other old songs and i searched for them in the internet and downloaded it. some other old songs i've been playing a lot are Beyonce songs, Spice Girls, Backstreet Boys, 5ive, Britney Spears, J-Lo, Fiona Apple, and a lot other songs that aren't widely played now but still are popular and nice to hear.
