will the google adsense really pays......???

i have reached 38$ now....after this tedious job will google pays???? is there any tips to improve traffic to my site.... thanks in advance....

Yes the mylot pays for the discussions and the posting you have made but there is a limit for the payment. Even I have not received any payment. I have started this mylot in July 08 and made only $0.79 till today. I think I should reach $100 for the payout. Have a nice day.
