Sunsets Relax Me.

I just think it's the best way to end the day... What do you do to unwind after work/school or what have you???

I love sunsets also. But another way I relax is to jump into the pool and swim. After a day in a metal building with this heat, it isn't just relaxing, it helps cool me down. Some other things I do are to meditate, take a nice long bath, or read a good book.
If able, camping soothes me a great deal. Getting away, no phones, nature's beauty surrounding me, laying in a hammock and just watching the night sky. Awwwww, can I go now?

I know exactly what you mean, I just came back from a 3 day camping trip last week and was that ever nice! No hammock but it's certainly a good idea for next time! Thx for the response and happy camping and relation to you!

Now I'm jealous. We haven't been able to get away for over a year. Family stuff, ya know, life. Thanks to the precious dog that appeared in our lives last Friday, I can add her to my stress relief regiman. Nothing like furbabies to make you smile and lower your blood pressure.
