Animals definitely communicate!!! It may not be with the range of words humans have, but they definitely communicate. My dog used to talk to the dog next door. I couldn't understand what they were saying but they were definitely telling each other something. You could see the looks between them & tell by the response they understood what the other had said. When he needs to go outside, he rubs his head on my hand & stares intently into my eyes then he gets a look of desperation on his face. Maybe you need to pay more attention to the animals around you & learn what they are saying!!!

Aniamls communicate with each other in their own way but communication between animals and humans is possible, if you take the time to learn how. I am in the process of learning how to communicate with my animals and I am hosting an animal communication clinic in November. Equine specialist and Reiki Master Anna Twinney (www.reachouttohorses.com) is teaching the clinic. I've worked with Anna on a few occassions and her abilities to communicate with animals is truly amazing. Once you learn how to hear what your pet has to say, you will be surprised with it's knowledge of the human language.

I think they use mental telepathy to communicate. We don't know they're doing it. Body language, as was said, plays a big part in animal conversation. My cats understand me better than I do them.

I think they definitly must communicate. mental telepathy is a good guess it would not surprise me at all to learn that they have complex and intricate forms of language amongs their own respective species.
