I have experience and of the considered view that good food habits can considerably reduce the blood gulucose. For maintaining proper clostrol level and blood gulucose I arranged my food with the help of my dietition. Morning- One cup tea with one Dry rusk or two biscuits. Breakfast- Only seasonal Fruit, One Piece Gava, One piece peach and one apple Lunch- Two Chapaties(made of wheat flour) with seasonal Vegitable Evening- One cup tea with unfried snacks Night- 2-3 drink, two chapaties(wheat flour) with some Pulse or vegitable. With this modern diet and morning walk for 40 minutes I have reduced my clostrol level and blood sugar to the controlable level. I also take usual medicine. I am feeling sound, stout hail and healthy without any problem. What about u mylotter.

I believe that I should take a page out of your book. Sounds like you got a good system going on here. I try to eat right but it sounds like your regimen is a little better than mine! It is important to watch our cholesterol levels. They can climb and cause serious health issues. I wish you luck and keep on eating right.
