Late Summer / Early Fall Vegetable Gardens - What do you grow? And Why

Each year I become a more successful gardener in large part because of advise from fellow gardeners who have been there done that. I am planning a late summer fall container vegetable garden and was looking for your advise, guidance, recommendations. I think it might be helpful to note I am not looking for a challenge, I typically concentrate on crops that are no-brainer/easy crops. I live in Zone 9 (North east FL) and have a fairly long growing season. I grow my entire garden in 5 gallon buckets (43 of them) and have very good success.
